Return and Exchange Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below and contact us first to secure a return authorization before shipping anything back. Items returned without this essential authorization will be refused at our facility.

Standard return eligibility

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same, pristine condition that you received it. This means the item must be in its original packaging with all included parts, cables, and documentation fully intact.

Items exempt from return

Certain goods are ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. These exempted items include: Mesh heads that have been installed or played; all forms of Software, including download codes; Custom user kits designed for drum modules; custom, one-of-a-kind special orders; and Gift cards.

Shipping and restocking fees

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us; these original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, which covers the amount we originally paid to ship the item to you. This restocking fee may be increased for returns showing obvious signs of use or wear (such as scratches or blemishes), or for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

Return process and exchanges

Before returning any item, you must contact us so we can set up your return or exchange and provide you with the correct shipping instructions. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing tracking and shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. To set up an exchange for a different item, simply contact us first, and we will guide you through the authorization process.
